Currently, I'm hosting 1-5pm Eastern each weekday here at the station. Since 1998, I've had the opportunity to be on the air at pretty much every hour of the day. I started out doing overnights, then had the evening shift, and now I'm tackling afternoons. I've had my share of early fill-in shifts, but I am not a morning person in the least... so I've never tackled a long-term A.M. show.

You'll hear a little bit of everything during my shift. Some days I tend to lean a little bit electronic and that's probably true. I gravitate towards beats and female vocalists, but have an appreciation for a lot of different styles of music and try to mix it up every day.

Credentials:

I grew up on the very edge of the old 97X FM signal. When I discovered the station while in junior high school, it's safe to say that I became completely obsessed. I began my radio career with some on-air shifts at WECI at Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana, while still in high school. I had barely moved into my dorm room at Bowling Green State University the following year before I started pounding on the door at WFAL trying to get started in college radio. It wasn't long before I was the Music Director and building a dedicated staff of reviewers to tackle all of our submissions.

While home for the summer back in 1996, I started interning at WOXY. After graduation, I started as a part-timer and within 6 months I got hired full-time. Over the years, I made my way into the Music Director position and have enjoyed the station's transition into an internet-only broadcast. I currently work closely with PD Mike Taylor to help shape the sound of the station.
