I’m happy to announce the winnners of our most recent giveaway for the Headlight Tour EP which feaures 3 songs from their WOXY lounge session. When we announced the giveaway on the blog we asked you to leave a thoughtful comment and found these three to be the most well thought out.

I remember seeing Headlights for the first time, it was right after the bears NFC championship in Dekalb and my brother called me and forced me to buy at least one drink for the band. I was completey hammered and covered in snow by the time I reached the house cafe and only had a vauge idea what the Headlights sounded like, but i thought im drunk and the bears won, so nothing can bring me down. I didnt expect the Headlights to kick so much ass and be such nice people.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know these fantastic people through the music scene in Champaign, IL. I’ve seen them around 15 times, and they are constantly improving and growing as musicians and genuinely down-to-earth people!

One of the best bands around, hands down!

Any band that puts a few lounge act songs on its EP is all right with me. It’s nice to see acts that are equally as interested in supporting the station as the station is in supporting them.
