		<description>My song of the week is Kate Nash - Foundations.  Sounds like Regina Spektor, no doubt about it, but a bit more electronic and less melodic.  Lyrics are good. Its just got an infectious quality, I don't know if it has any longevity and she'll get the grief for sounding like RS.</description>
