How do you know that? I've never read them say such things. Me, I believe the exact opposite is true. They're trying to make interesting pop music and mostly succeeding.

Not picking on you. I've read other people write similar things. I'm just trying to figure out why. And until I get a good answer, I will assume some people think that: not sounding like Interpol or whatever terrible derivative rock band = being odd and offbeat.</description>
