The Evens Ticket Giveaway
Listen up Cincinnatians! The Evens, a band featuring former Fugazi frontman Ian MacKaye and his girlfriend Amy Farina are coming to Cincinnati for a special performance at the Cincinnati Museam Center this Friday night! Should be a fun night in a venue that does not see alot of rock music.
If you are interested in the tickets we have to give away for the show this weekend, and live in the Cincinnati area, make your case in the comments section. We will be choosing a winner late Thursday and the winner will need to drop by the WOXY.com studios to pick up their prize on Friday. If you cannot attend the show and pick up the tickets, leave the commenting to someone who can.

Hey Futurist, those tickets got a Euro stamp all over it because:
1. I am intruiged by the Evens. Checked out some of their music on their myspace page and I like what I hear so far.
2. I’ve lived here 20 years, and have never heard of the “Reakirt Auditorium”. And who knew that the Museum Center does music shows? Very intruiging. Wjat’s next? (The National at the Omnimax?)
3. I’ll take my daughter along, and for once I get to expose her to great new music, instead of the other way around (which is the case most of the time).
4. I love you guys. See, is that so hard?

I should get the tickets because I am poor and off work on Friday. Without free tickets, I can’t even attend a $5 show. So, it’s either free tickets or suicide. Let your conscience decide.
