On this edition of Xtrabeats, Shiv features two great hour-long DJ sets. First up, he digs into our archives to feature a mix from DJ Touche of The Wiseguys. This one is a set recorded back in 1999 when songs from “The Antidote” were all over. His mix intersects some classic hip-hop tracks with some great big beat hits (including, of course, big hits from the The Wiseguys like “Ooh La La” and “Start The Commotion”). These days Touche (aka Theo Keating) is one half of The Black Ghosts, with former Simian member Simon Lord.

In hour two, Shiv serves up a tasty mix from the Berlin-based electronic duo M.A.N.D.Y. They’ve been friends since they were 15 years old and co-founded the Get Physical label back in 2002. They’ve recently mixed the 38th installment in the Fabric series and we’ve got an hour long dj set to celebrate.
