Get Your Midpoint Registrations In!
As you may have already heard, the Midpoint Music Festival here in Cincinnati is making some changes this year. City Beat is taking the reigns and looks to have a really great vision for where they would like to see Midpoint go this year and moving forward. Have a look at part of the release from City Beat….
CityBeat is proud to announce the addition of Cincinnati’s MidPoint Music Festival to the newspaper’s bevy of event productions. CityBeat has had a long relationship with MidPoint Music Festival via a sustained commitment as media partner since MPMF’s inaugural 2002 event.
An understanding of the history that defines Cincinnati as a music town and editorial dedication to our present day music-makers has molded CityBeat since the newspaper’s launch in 1994. CityBeat’s commitment to the future of MidPoint Music Festival reflects the newspaper’s continued dedication to our city, its music and area music fans.
Cincinnati’s music authority has championed our area’s musicians beyond newsprint with the development of Cincinnati’s only and longest running annual local music celebration and awards program, the CEAs. The program’s 12-year run has raised funds for both locally based Lonely Instruments for Needy Kids and the Michael W. Bany Scholarship
Foundation.
But right now, it is time for registrations, so if you are a band interested in playing in a great festival here in the Queen City this fall, head over to the registration page and get started right away.
Registration ends April 30, 2008. Late registration ends May 15, 2008.
