The Kooks - Always Where I Need To Be Live
We have been pleasantly surprised by the new album from The Kooks, Konk. And it appears quite a few others are enjoying it as well, as it hit #1 in on the UK charts last week. One of the better tunes from the album is “Always Where I Need To Be”, and we have a cool live version of the song to share with you today here on The Futurist.

Their frontman came to the estate agents where I used to work (unfortunately on my day off), obviously looking for a house, and my colleague dismissed him as a scruffy layabout and wasn’t all that helpful.
She was pretty horrified to see him performing on some TV show or other a couple of days later.
