Ah, an old favorite. This was the countdown I started recording on cassette (when I discovered that I could get 97X in the backyard). Got about nine hours worth of this countdown on tape, then about 20 hours worth the following year. Still have a bunch of them in the garage, and will dig them out when I’m working around the house.
